LYNDEN, Wash. – A Lynden man is in custody after a juvenile female reported that he sexually assaulted her.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded last Thursday afternoon, January 19th, to the Pollman Circle neighborhood in Lynden for a report of a sex crime.
The girl reported that 52-year-old Roberto Romero Cordova, with whom she was aquainted, had sexually assaulted her.
Deputies arrested him on domestic violence assault and indecent liberties charges.
