Man arrested after being accused of sexual assault in Ferndale

FERNDALE, WA. – (KGMI.com) A Ferndale man is in custody after being accused of sexually assaulting someone.

Whatcom County Sheriff’s spokesperson Deb Slater says the victim called to report the incident that occurred at a residence in Ferndale.

The victim said they went to a man’s house on November 28th to watch a movie when they were sexually assaulted.

Deputies arrested the suspect, 28-year-old Jerad Foskett, Monday, December 11th, on third degree rape charges.

Foskett remains at the Whatcom County jail without bail.
