MOUNT VERNON, Wash. – The Mount Vernon man suspected of shooting and killing a man at a Snohomish County quarry is also accused of another fatal shooting the day before in Burlington.

The victim died at the scene.

A sheriff’s deputy pulled Hilde over near the quarry and found what’s believed to be the murder weapon inside the dump truck he was driving.

The prosecutor said in Snohomish County Court that Hilde is also suspected of fatally shooting a person during an argument at a Burlington apartment complex on Friday, August 19th.
