BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Members of the public are being invited to observe the election process here in Whatcom County.

Tours will take place at the County Courthouse where attendees can witness the system of ballot processing, security measures in place and have their questions answered by election administrators.

Whatcom County Auditor Diana Bradrick says the tours offer an opportunity to make the process more transparent to voters.

The tours start this Tuesday and will go every day through Friday, July 28th from 10 am to noon and from 1 pm to 3 pm.

You can reserve a timeslot by contacting Kellye Conner by email at kconner@co.whatcom.wa.us or by phone at (360) 778-5108.
