BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A national chicken chain with udderly-unforgettable marketing is opening in Whatcom County this month.

Chick-fil-A announced on Monday, April 20 that its new location near Bellis Fair Mall on Cordata Parkway is opening next Thursday, April 30.

It will be open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the drive-thru open until 10 p.m.

To celebrate the grand opening, anyone who dresses in cow print will receive one free entree or kid’s meal.

The company has used cows in much of their advertising as a way to encourage people to eat chicken instead of hamburgers.

Its new location is located at 4030 Cordata Parkway, across the street from the Kohl’s entrance of the mall.

Currently, the closest Chick-fil-A to Whatcom County is in Marysville.
