UPDATE: I-5 Southbound reopens at Main Street in Ferndale after collision

FERNDALE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – All lanes on SB I-5 are now open near Main Street (MP 262).

A collision caused the blockage, and emergency responders were on the scene. According to Washington State Patrol Trooper Harding via X, multiple vehicles were involved in the fatal collision. No other information has been released at this time.
