BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – On a rainy Saturday afternoon, residents from around Whatcom County gathered in downtown Bellingham with chants and signs as the second nationwide “No Kings” rally took place.

Space became limited at the public park next to the mouth of Whatcom Creek as local representatives, advocates, and artists spoke their minds during the event, which spanned two hours.

The Oct. 18 rally was the second nationwide event hosted by No Kings to bring residents in cities across the U.S. together in civil discourse. The June rallies brought thousands to the streets across Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Click here to see our previous coverage of the June rally.
