BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A nationwide picket could impact your flight out of Bellingham on Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Teamsters Local 2118 says that Allegiant Air pilots will be heading to the picket line at over a dozen airports across the US. That includes Bellingham International Airport (BLI), which services six destinations through Allegiant.

Over 1,400 pilots across the country are expected to picket outside of their respective airports beginning at 10 a.m. local time.

They claim that Allegiant has been investing in other areas and has not offered them a fair contract.
