Police search for vulnerable adult last seen in Birch Bay

WHATCOM COUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Police are asking for help locating a vulnerable adult that was last seen in Birch Bay.

Washington State Patrol says that 27-year-old Eric Armstrong was last seen getting on a WTA bus from Birch Bay to Bellingham on the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 18. He is described as a 6-foot-tall white man, last seen wearing all black clothing, including black Crocs.

Armstrong may not be able to return home without help, hence why his disappearance is being treated as an Endangered Persons case.

Anyone with information on Armstrong’s location is asked to call 911.
