FERNDALE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Authorities are searching for a missing Lummi Nation teen.

Washington State Patrol (WSP) issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert (MIPA) on Thursday, Oct. 15, for 13-year-old Victoria Mervine.

She was last seen off S. Red River Road in Ferndale on Monday, Oct. 12, wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans and black vest.

Mervine stands 5’1″ and weighs roughly 115 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  The current MIPA lists her height as 5’7″, which ran contrary to her listed height in previous alerts. Lummi Nation Police say Mervine is likely closer to 5’1″.

It’s the second time she’s been reported missing in the past month.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact Lummi Nation Police’s non-emergency number at 360-312-2274.
