Sedro-Woolley Police search for victims of online sex exploitation against minors

SEDRO-WOOLLEY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Sedro-Woolley Police are asking the public for help in their investigation into a long-running case involving the online sexual exploitation of minors.

The department says that an unnamed suspect has already been charged in connection to the investigation, which began in 2024. They’re accused of using various online platforms to sexually exploit minors between September 2023 and August 2025.

The alleged perpetrator used various online platforms, including Roblox, Discord, Instagram, SnapChat and SMS/Texting, using the online names of “Ruin”, “Mayhem”, “Dark”, “Chaos”, “xXGrim_ReaperXx”, “Ghost” or “Ghosty”, and “Goth”, “GothBoy”, “Gothic_King”, “GothBoy762”, “Gothic” and “GothicEnthity”.

Investigators have identified several victims, but believe there are more that have been targeted.

The department is urging anyone who has been targeted or knows someone who was targeted in connection to the investigation to contact them at swpdsocialmedia@sedro-woolley.gov.
